Lunch and dinner are interchangeable meals that can be enjoyed any time that works for you! Simply pick the meal pattern that works for your lifestyle and fitness goals: 1-4 meals per day and plan out your menu as you see fit.
We also share a weekly menu on each individual meal plan page: Keto, Paleo, Clean, Vegan, and Vegetarian. The meals you receive may not follow this menu exactly as we commonly do substitutions to use seasonal veggies and promote sustainable practices.
